you can unlock every skill in the game and all parts of PvP AFAIK

dunno much about the farm, but farming hammers won't get you any money, hardly anyone use hammer anymore, and it's not realy worth the...
there used to be a bug to do it, but not any more tough, you have to go through the storyline to get there
