i've gotten a inscriptable celestial shield from it, so i would guess the staff/wand does drop too
all you need is to grind your LB to r8 and ursan to r10 i ensure you that they'll take you on their run if not, get a conset, then it's 100%
even this is true(which i doubt) why would anyone put ectoes+armbrace+plat on a mere minipet...... besides, we don't even know if those minis...
