Nick isn't in Morostav Trail, Pongmei Valley, Drazach Thicket, Melandru's Hope, or Ice Cliff Chasms.

Usually on an event like this, the NPCs who trade items (in this case victory tokens) hang around a while. In this instance they are gone already....
