I did a lot of searching on this because this item surprised me a lot. This seems to be one of the only, if not only Tactics based Eternal Shields...

Maybe I'm going crazy, or the sites are out of date, but neither for the wiki's (Guild Wars Wiki, and Guild Wiki) have Tactics as a...
