It's a bug. The trader shouldn't even be offering Shattering Assault -- it's an elite skill after all.

Primeval for my female Paragon, Ancient for my male Warrior and I plan on back tracking and buying Elite Kurzick for my female Monk. And the rest...

I like it. Looks better than most of the primeval armors.

Easily the best male ranger armor in the game. Stinking sweet.
