so i'm in a mission. 10 minutes into it one of our guys say "i need to go" and the group says "ok then". another 10 minutes go...

it really depends. depends on what kind of team you have, depends if it's pve/pvp and depends on what enemies will be out there on the field....

you can go anywhere in the world map without doing a mission, except for the fire islands and the desert. just walk around exploring.
