Using Spirit's Strength with a spear counters a lot of melee in hard mode. I run it with Sab's build to vanquish. (Spirit Spamming is boring)

I have farmed most of the monstrous crafting items soloing the second quest on Shing Jea. Takes 20 minutes to complete and usually net 5-6...

I would suggest farming the nagas on shing jea for rit tomes. They dont heal themselves at all. The 330 rit works well there
