if you get someone to knock your target down, you can throw a blind interrupt out as soon as you see them get back up and usually nail 3/4s casts.
also, hexes and conditions only last half the normal time when on a boss or big baddy
ok, so after running the initial tests of this build, I have discovered some flaws in it. Obviously the use of only interrupts is very difficult,...
