Ok, some concepts: I played as SS/SV a lot and have over 2,000,000 XP as SS/SV. Collector's Offhand + Weapon > Villnar's Set for sure...

lol pfft who needs crafer items when you can get a gold one 10 times more expensive . Crafters have 5 below 50 items I think :X. Oh well I paid...
