This build is the result of tweaking my PvE skillset after 3-4 trips to the Fissure of Woe. I feel pretty good with what I ended up with, but...

They're incredibly valuable as bow strings (Talking 80k+ range) but I don't know how much it would fetch on a hammer.

Try to salvage the vampiric, that would certainly be worth something. The hammer itself isn't special.
