I was replying to what you said about Ash Blast. Blood Bond cannot heal minions when there are none.

You should see if they cast the removed hex, as the heroes that you have it on aren't set to avoid. Casting with 0 attribute isn't great....
Why Inspired Hex? Elemental Resistance has a note on GW Wiki that heroes don't like to use it. You'll still collect DP so at some point...
"I Am The Strongest!" is 160 damage every 20 seconds if all the attacks hit. It gives low DPS.
