monks dont need blind reduction, and the req is a killer, just salvage.

same stats as thorgalls, but very low tactics req, 15-25k

my bad on that, must've pced it while i was tired, didnt see the double 9/9 :P

maybe a couple of k, 5k max(thats usally my min), the mod isnt perfect, and it only has 1 mod.
