I'd say around 15k. Stance dmg mod is not the most popular, req is above average, Fortitude mod is almost perfect and would net 20-30k alone....

I'd say 15-20k for the hammer, maybe more if your lucky. Both the mods are -2 from perfect so I wouldn't risk salvaging for the mods....

Is it vs ele or vs physical? Or just +6 Defense? I didn't think +6 Defense existed?

I wouldn't gamble with any golds especially wands and staves. I know every gold item i've bought from other players (for salvage mods)...
