I would salvage the staff. Mod prices are stickied at the top of this sub-forum
Salvage it for the fiery hilt of the enchantment pommel. It's not max dmg so you won't get much, if anything for it.

The bow is nowhere near max dmg. Expert salvage it for either mod. Check the sticky at the top of the forum for the value of the weapon...
