sounds a fair price, but i'm not too great at PCing. Personally I'd have a 20% enchantments Wrap than the 29HP mod.
would have to agree with papi, with that damage mod it isnt worth much at all. if it had a 15^50 base mod, well then you'd have something...

req is higher than some people like, not too great at the whole PCing thing but i'd say at least 60k+
