I consider: Mesmer>Monk Ranger>Elementalist Necro>Warrior

I would think monks would be destroyed by a good mesmer with interrupts and backfire.

Those items are part of the broken gwen quest. They do nothing currently, but Anet is working on fixing the quest.

Is there even such thing as Adept Armor? I have never heard of it.
