Pretty much agree, though the Shadow Staff would be excellent for an SoS/Resto hero.

I'd merch the swords. The wand is non-insc too, right? I would guess around 25k.
I would guess around 50k for q9 Tactics mono-mod Echo.

Agree with raptors and Stuey. Pretty much everything there will be hard to sell imo - nobody wants 15^st and Shadow Blades are super common.
