Agree with Serious Monk about the Zodiac. That's the closest you can get to a 20/20 Canthan Healing Staff.
#1 - 50-60k 2 - 60-70k 4, 7, 8, 9 - merch 5 - 25-35k 3, 6 - not sure, but both of them are rare. I can't recall seeing very many Ascalon Maul...

20k for the axe. Agree with filofax on the sword. Salvage the enchant mod before selling - the mod is worth ~4k alone and easier to sell.
