in nahpui quarter (explorable) there are no chests that drop celestial staves afaik^^ there are only am fah and jade brotherhood i think.... but...

naaah dont merch it like pleikki said... rare skin and 13% doesnt drop anymore. at least 30-40k imo even if vs hexed isnt rly good!
60-80e possible on that skin imo but 50e is a fair offer too...
