Dual strikes are linked to the dagger attribute if i recall correctly.

Started off pve 100% Finished game with 3 different characters. Now i pvp 95%, with about 2% idle or chat and the other 3% helping someone i know...

It only works on 1 attack, but the enchantment lasts for up to 30s.
