You'd still get probably 60-70k for the shadow.
Your post is a bit confusing, 20% chance of enchanted? Do you mean Enchantments last 20% longer? If so, the baseline is still around 50-60k...
It's got a pretty high req and pretty negligible mods... still it's a Flesh Horn Bow with a perfect damage mod... I'd say start around...
Vamp mods being the obvious exception... If you're going to use any weapon with a vamp mod, there's no reason not to get a perfect one...
A few k, it's fairly undesirable.
Don't upgrade things you intend to sell, you won't make more than the value of the upgrades.
