all my eles eotn titles are atleast 10k over there max from doing quests after i maxed them,my rangers LB was about 50k over max also.

They NEED to add more armor sets for para and derv for the HoM,even if they are reskins that are done in 2 hrs/each they need to be done for the HoM.

Since your planning to do titles,paragon if you plan to have no people helping,ele or necro if you will have people along for the harder parts.

Turtle is the only useful one.

Use OoS,any of the builds shown above will work fine.

Random charr spawns are all over that part of the game,ive ran into charr grawl farming before..its just how it is.
