look at the antec truepower 380W. that might fall in your price range.
yep first thing you need to do is get a new power supply. go for a good name brand such as antec or tagen and look at 380w and up

antec tagen enermax all good brands for power supplies geforce 6600 up or radeon 9600pro and up for the graphics.
it would really be a help if you would list your system specs in as much detail as possible.. what cpu? ram? motherboard? hard drives? power...
do you have the latest version of directX?
the problem is when you last played guild wars and exited it didnt end all the processes related to it properly. easy fix is to reboot the comp....
