According to wiki they drop ectos. But that might be only for underworld. Also I think they only drop loot after first death.
Last skill update was in September. They already said about bimonthly updates. The next one was supposed to be in November. That's 2 months...

I just use Tab - Space (and Shift+Tab). Rarely use C - Space, only when I see that my target tabbing gets far away from me usually when i start...
