don't merch the echo, the fact its +25 makes it pretty cool, you can probably get 10e for it atleast. merch the gothic axe though.
crude 75-125e imo echovald, to put it nicely someone is bound to pay you 50-100e+ for that +1 20% df mod, really its worth about 25e tops but...
