nope, req7 can only be 7-16 i believe

1st pic 1. smiting rod 10k or so. 2. eternal flame wand 30-50eish. 4. possibly 50k-75k with abit of luck merchant the rest imo 2nd pic 10. 10k...

its not worth 40e, if a req9 +29/-2stance can't even get 10e why would this one even be close
