Many of the PvP version of PvE skills are completely different, like Signet of Creation. They aren't just different in how much damage they do.

There are none of those quests in the quest log and nothing that seems to have possibly compromised the quests.
The character has spoken to all the npcs dealing with any of the quests to get over to Prophecies and none of them will hand out a quest or reward.
They are unable to receive a reward for or pick up Chaos in Kryta.
Since the addition of all the PvP versions of skills it makes it hard to set up a skill set for PvE in one's guild hall. I do not PvP often,...
