yes he is currently the recharge is 30 secs. Sucks about the sword not much else a warrior can do except slap on a zealous hilt which takes away 1...

I wish perhaps that Anet could spec the chests for your character so if you are a ranger, you get bow drops/ranger runes etc, and a warrior you...

Whenever I head on over to War camp with the desire for some quests, namely final assault, I never get in any groups. Want to know why? No one...
