1. nice low req, but damn +14 in STANCE ONLY because of the req id put this at like 50k maybe 2. dont put a 3/1 vamp on it

not so sure about the PC, but the answer to your question is yes they stack althought i'm not sure if there is a cap on recharge or recap at all

the mod 5/1 vamp is worth more than the hammer since it has 13 req and only +13%dmg. check the mod sticky thread for a 5/1 vamp hammer haft price...

bow = less than 5k dmg vs hexed kinda stinks, i think the bow grip itself (+5 armor) if you got it out, could go for 7kish staff= less than 1k
