yea theres a rit one that slows you 90%, and theres Earthen Shackles (i think) that slows you 90% while on fire
i had dial up when i started playing GW, leave it to load overnight and it will download all the files
i use a 20/20 wand and a 20/20 off hand, Death Magic. you can buy them from the guy in Vasburg armory for cheap. your heroes look to be equipped...
