Also to clear up: Runes don't drop directly. Instead, you need to ID the drop and then salvage the rune off.

Keep going from 15 ping to 11k ping. Also having a good deal of code 007's, which IIRC is a problem on Anet's server's side.
To all of you saying no nerfs, just buff: This was what made the pvp-meta into the crappy thing it is now. This is the essence of power-creep....
I'm through on euro servers, gtob is filled with people talking about the server down time. Spamadan is already full of spamming again. :P
