Mesmers are the only class that I honestly think looks good with Chaos Gloves. But, Chaos Gloves look okay on any armor that already has a break...
I would be okay with restrictions/limits for the elite areas of GW2. But if this was implemented into GW1, the amount of QQ would be insane....
