I think 7K is too high. Maybe 1-2K...3K tops. Tactics shields aren't as popular, decent mods...health would be better.

Assuming it is gold or purple, 7K-10K. The mod is worth 1-2K, 12%>50 is decent, mark 8 is good.

Easy 100K maybe as high as 200K. People pay ridiculous amounts for these swords.

Unfortunately you can not salvage or mod shields.
