PvP in GW is what makes it stand out and so awesome, but everything that makes PvP so great (level cap, skill based, equal gear) makes the PvE...
Well, it seems only few people don't like the complete randomness of team composiotion and would like any form of control over it, my bad.
Well, players would still be chosen randomly, only team composition won't be. But it's true that the name would be less fitting than it is...
