He's probably trying to solo underworld, so QRB would help him vs. the aatxes.

He's a smiter using one of those low life builds, which is why life would be bad for him, but reducing damage would be good.

A one man smite run is possible. I've always known that 2 man smite runs are possible. Although two monks is alot better than 2 trappers.
