Urgoz you could have easily done the other day when it was the zaishen bounty but for the most part you need to be with people who knows the area...
The average cost for a destroyer axe is about 25-30k if you are going to buy from someone, the materials cost about 20k or so thats an estimate.

If you want to skip Slaver's Exile both NM and HM you will have to map eotn regions more carefully to get every little point.
