Gladiators armor in my opinion, gives you 100AL against physical dmg (80+20=100), makes you have 27 energy, and in my opinion looks best

No, its just like any other quest. If you want the exp. then you need to have it, but if you just want to FA farm then only 1 person needs to have it.
