there is no "best" class... there is no "best" class combination... all boils down to what you like and are comfortable with

i have come to the conclusion that my playstyle is NOT compatible with many players out there, and i am NOT changing my skill bar for some random...
i'm not looking forward to them changing PvE titles to being account wide... i also would hate it if you were able to get the survivor title...
my 2 pennies..... she already started in Nightfall..... go ahead and join her as far as class combos.... try a few classes and see which you like...

ummm.... depends on builds you give them i would guess just dont give them vampiric all my physical heroes (derv or otherwise) normally get...
as posted earlier, as long as you have the requirement for the weapon (through runes or raw points) it doesn't matter as far as damage...
i'd rather they just do away with all the PvE skills all together, but that is just an opinion
