DSR you should get 22-23e without too much fuss still. They were stable at 25e, but a few on the market currently. Sell 20e if you are in a rush.

Yeah you can still get 240ish if you are patient, however prices have dropped a ton since launch, and have some way to go yet EL Margo dropping...

^^ Yes, common skin. You can often sell for 1-3k if you are patient to new rangers, but hardly worth the time really.
