Forget PUGs, with 7 heroes you can VQ any area with no problem at all, actually when I started to do the Zvqs I joined some PUGs, after some fails...

HoM is account wide, so yes you can spread the titles among your chars. Just for GWAMM you need the titles in 1 char.
