Some issues to be fixed in regards to the dishonorable point system

Suggestion to devs: Support multiple weapon sets in templates

Broken character creation menu and substitute players

A few suggestions, a handful of issues and pocketful of bugs

Multiple issues with gameplay and thought out suggestions for remedy. (To devs)
