Should be, yes. Half Moons are more desired than the Ascalon form and Short Bow form, and req 8's go for ~60k.

I believe that a 14-21 does like 1-3 dmg less than a 15-22, from what I've seen. All it does is have higher criticals I think. >5k or merch.
