I just managed to get this Furious Platinum Blade of Enchanting 15-22, req 8 Swords Dmg +15% while HP is over 50% DA on hit 10%(chance 10%)...

Nope, each piece counts for whatever stat it has, for example the +15 HP on the chest piece counts even though you have different armor on the...
