Yeah, if you drink 5 Ales, then port, then drink 3 more, port to another palce, drink 3 more, etc it should give you the minutes without waiting...
Log in and at character selection screen there is a button in the corner with Edit Account, and there is a option of "Change Territory"...
I have a rare Eternal Shield, req 9 Strength, +30 hp always, only for 25k (Tis a shame about no second mod :/)
