Sadly, it isn't worth much since it has a high req-12 and only a single imperfect casting mod. 5k-10k guestimate.

Agreed with previous posts... this staff is at least 1.2-1.5 million to the right buyer.

Not close to max dmg, req-11... I'd guess 40k-60k depending on buyer.
