Mesmer coulda a ressurection skill or copied the monks res elite ( I think there are some of those).

I found that odd too - I can only assume it's there now for skills to be introduced later.

Energy - Insightful Staff Head HP - Wrapping of Fortitude allthough opposed to Fort, I would take a Wraping of Defense, because the armor helps...

Simply put, they arent worth the cost.
