If u go in as a ranger you can take pretty much a B/P build. If ur tank ( and monks ) does his/her job you should get ther pretty quick. Normally...
use standard 55hp monk and use ignorance. Put a little in domination and make it last 12 seconds, this way u have 1 second extra to refresh the skill.
