I'm sure that's what he meant. I have the 1.5k Drok's armor just trying find the 15k. Thanks for the answers.
There should be a primary quest leading you to next mission town. Othewise walk nw from there and there's a couple of outposts.
1. Where can you buy the 15k armor at, Drok's? 2. Do green items drop in pve or do get them via pvp? Thanks, sorry for the newbish questions.

This sounds crazy but I've found that the more I play the worse the drops. I mean if I play for awhile....I mean hours on tops of hours daily...
