Oh woops my bad (or was that a silent edit? :O) anyways, you still need ench removal to be serious.

Umm I dont fully understand your question, but I believe that the quick shot after savage shot wont work. So the spike is limited to dual shot...
Slightly offtopic, but this build reminds me of the MG in DoD. ie. move to position -> deploy -> open fire -> kill stuff -> over-heat...
