yes, this weekend was nearly a UAS for me. Every monk, warrior, mesmer, ranger skill is unlocked, missing a few ele skills and a few necro skills....

If a player using a PvE char has max armor, has all the attributes, and can run the skills/weapon mods required for the team, i have no problem...
